Rip your favorite YouTube clips to your ipod easily.

Have you ever seen a great video on YouTube and wanted to share with others? Rather than email the link to everyone in your address book, why not carry a copy around on your ipod video?

TubeSock has create a program that allows you to convert video files off YouTube into video files your iPod can handle. The program grabs the videos you want from itunes, converts them in the proper codec and bitrates they play back perfectly on your ipod.

If you don’t have a video iPod TubeSock can grab just the audio portion of a track and rip that to your ipod as well. In addition to making the video available for iPod, TubeSock will also convery video for use on a PSP.

Sound like fun? You can download TubeSock from their website here. There is a free trial version you can use that will only allow convert the first 30 seconds of video, if yo want to do more than that a full version will cost around $15.
